Hospitality is the relationship between the guest and the host, or the act or practice of being hospitable. This includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.

The host was expected to make sure the needs of his guests were seen to and to express a guest-friendship relation with in reason.
A host who granted a person's request for refuge was expected not only to provide food and shelter to his/her guest, but to make sure they did not come to harm while under their care.

Serve with the spirit of excelance
Create friendly atomospher for all local and out of town guess
Support all Jurisdictional AIM Conventions when possible
Coordinate, evaluate and support Missions Conference once a year
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to carry out the department objectives
Responsible for taking care of Co Presidents Itinerary when he/she in town by communicating with Department Administrator or other Administrative Assistants within other States within the realm of our Region. Communicate with all Vice Presidents concerning business meetings set by Co President and or Department Administrator
Make sure that all Executive and Departmental staff members are operating at an 100% concerning their duties and functions towards the Missions Department both local, district and jurisdictional.
Travel with Co President when able too, to ensure his safe travels and to make sure he is well taken care of by knowing his likes and dislike in the manner of being in other States.

Hospitality must be excellent communicators to ensure that the Missions Department runs smoothly and in a godly manner. The Hospitality Committee will oversee all administrative assistant concerning the needs of the Jurisdictiona Co President as long as he/she stays in office.
