DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Position Summary:
To assist the Missions Co Presidents in the dissemination of information and communication – making sure that the Mission Department is running smoothly.
Position Reports to:
Jurisdictional Co Presidents and Jurisdictional Bishops.
Relates closely with:
Jurisdictional Evangelist Department, Jurisdictional Urban Inititives Department.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Consult with Jurisdictional President to provide continuity within the Department.

Assist Jurisdictional Missions Co Presidents with strategic planning.

Serves as a primary liaison between the Jurisdictional Missions Co Presidents along with Appointed Workers involved.

Serves as a trouble shooter for the Missions Department
-
Alternate spokes person for the Mission Department.

Support all New Mexico Jurisdictional AIM Convention if possible this is not limited to only AIM Conventions’ etc…
-
Evaluate all Jurisdictional Missions Conferences, AIM Conventions etc… through Observation, Application and Interpretation (O.A.I – survey)

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to carry out the departments’ objectives

Responsible for taking care of Missions Co President and Executive Board members when he/she is in town by communicating with all those involved.

Communicate with all Executive and Departmental leaders concerning business meetings set by Missions Department Co Presidents

Make sure that all New Mexico Jurisdictional Mission Conferences are at their best
-
Make sure that all leaders – of Jurisdiction are operating at a 100% concerning their assigned duties and responsibilities.

Take care of any gifts or monetary gifts given to Regional President through special visitations etc…
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Protocol and Structure of the Jurisdiction and Nation Church. Understand goals and objectives of Missions Department and operating mandates of the Missions Leadership.
